Board of Directors
The Fairheads Board of Directors (“the Board”) and executive management are committed to adhering to established corporate governance principles, including transparency, accountability, and integrity.
The Board aims to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives by maintaining a robust governance framework, which involves systematic review and continuous updating of policies, organizational structures, and operational mechanisms to ensure compliance with industry standards and best 3 practices. Operational authority and day-to-day management responsibilities have been delegated predominantly to the Managing Director.
Mr. Lebudi Kgetse
Mr. Lebudi Kgetse has worked for the telecommunication space for over 25 years. During his tenure he attained multiple skills and contributed in the following areas: sales operations, customer service, business development, and corporate planning including performance management. He is currently employed as the General Manager – Enterprise Sales at Botswana Telecommunication Limited, having joined as a Corporate Account Manager in 1999 and rising through various positions over the years. Mr. Kgetse holds Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North West, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) University of Botswana, and he is a member of the Banker’s Association.
Mr. Lemogang Masuku
Lemogang Masuku has over 16years’ experience in the pensions industry. He is an associate member of the Association of Business Executives (ABE) in the United Kingdom and a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and has undergone further training on Leadership & Management. Lemogang also holds a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Retirement Funds from the Insurance Institution of South Africa (IISA).
Prior to joining Fairheads, Lemogang was the Managing Director of Fiducia Services. Before joining Fiducia, Lemogang worked for Aon Botswana (now Minet Botswana) as a Senior Account Executive in the Pension Consulting Division, where he was responsible for a portfolio of more than 25 institutional pension funds from across various sectors. Lemogang’s career in the pension fund industry started in 2008 when he joined Glenrand M∙I∙B (Botswana) Pty Ltd as a Fund Accountant and later became a Retirement Fund Consultant.
Mr. Masuku is responsible for the strategic and leadership direction of the Fairheads Team. He is the ultimate contact person between the retirement funds and Fairheads. He is thus responsible for the overall delivery to the Fund by internally monitoring the service level agreement signed.
Ms. Keamogetse Letsididi
Ms Keamogetse Letsididi is a strategic and results-oriented business leader with proven abilities across all levels of organizational management. Experience in developing and executing business plans to streamline operations and maximize value garnered over 15 years in various industries. Steadfast professional with expertise in financial management, corporate governance, project management and process improvement. Ms. Letsididi is a Chartered Accountant and several professional certificates comprising of Executive Leadership Programme, Certificate in Treasury Management, Commercial and contract Law and The Mechanics of Private Equity from various institutions.
Mr. Moemedi Madisa
Mr. Madisa is a strategic Information Technology Manager skilled in guiding navigation of modern technology. Accustomed to driving efficiency and effectiveness by developing, delivering, and supporting strategic plans. Demonstrated skill in translating technical requirements to business solutions. Successful 14 years knowledge of IT strategy, IT governance, Cyber Security, Risk Management, Budgeting and Project Management. Moemedi holds Bachelor of Science: Computer Science, Master of Science: Information Technology Management and Certificate in Business Management.
Ms. Seilaneng Godisang
An attorney admitted in the courts of Botswana and holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from theUniversity of Botswana and Masters in Commercial Laws (Specializing in banking, Insurance and company law) from the University of South Africa. Since graduating she has worked in leading law firms and commercial banks in Botswana. In the last 18 years, she has gained experience in different areas of the law, which include transactional law, corporate leading, banking and financial services, intellectual property law, labor law and competition law.
